Opening hours: Sept 12, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm for registration and pick up material.
From Sept 13 to 18, the opening hours are: from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
BADGES
Your personal badge is your entrance to all the congress scientific and official social events. Please, make sure you always have your badge on.
The Secretariat must be contacted in case of loss of your badge. The charge for a new badge is R$ 150,00.
CLOACKROOM / LOST & FOUND
Close to the Congress Secretariat this service will be working in the same opening hours.
TOURISM DESK
Golden Foz and Master Turismo, our Official Travel Agencies, located in the Exhibilition area, will be at your disposal through out the Congress for flight confirmation and booking, sightseeing, busses timeschedule and any tourist information you may need.
PARTICIPANTS TRANSPORTATION
The buses will operate between the Convention Center and the Official Hotels: Mabu Thermas & Resorts, Bourbon Cataratas, Mercure International Foz, Best Western Falls Galli, Continental Inn, Bourbon Golf, Carimã and Recanto Park.
